FAQ

Common questions

How long does a wheel repair take?

Most refinishing and repair jobs are completed in 1–3 business days. Rush service is often available — call us and we will give you an honest timeline before you drop off.

Can cracked or bent wheels be repaired?

Yes. Our certified TIG aluminum welders repair cracks and breaks, and our 10-ton press safely straightens bent wheels back to original specification. Every structural repair is inspected before it leaves the shop.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is needed for a quote. Walk in to our Taunton Tire location at 1406 Taunton Rd. E. in Oshawa for a free assessment, or send us photos for an estimate.

How much does wheel repair cost?

Pricing depends on wheel size, finish and the extent of the damage. Send photos through our quote form or drop by for a free, no-obligation assessment.

Do you offer powder coating and custom colours?

Yes — powder coating, high-speed polishing, custom colours and multi-finish wheels such as painted centres with polished lips are all done in house.
